Karate for Adults

Adults can train at any of our classes (not including the Shotokan Tigers classes), but we have a class especially for beginners (over 16) on Mondays at Oaklands Infant School.   If you are a beginner you will be taken separately from the main class to start with, but once you have a basic understanding, we will integrate you into the main class. If you have trained in Karate before, you can join in with the lower grades first until you feel confident to train at your grade level.
