Adults can train at any of our main classes. If you are a beginner you will be taken separately from the main class to start with, but once you have a basic understanding, we will integrate you into the main class. If you have trained in Karate before, you can join in with the lower grades first until you feel confident to train at your grade level.
We especially encourage parents to train alongside their children! We have many successful mums and dads who have helped encourage their children by dawning a gi and getting into the dojo.
