On Thursday evening Sensei Jane Naylor-Jones was interviewed by BBC Essex Radio Presenter Dave Monk reference articles in the press this week about how Sport can help tackle knife crime.
The Chelmsford Karate Club had recently been in Chelmsford City Centre giving leaflets out and talk to people about the 'Knives Down Gloves Up' campaign to help get people, and in particular youngsters, off the street and into sport in a bid to save lives. Here is the link to their website.
Please take time to listen to this serious issue that is affecting our communities. This campaign is about saving lives. If you know someone who could benefit from taking up Karate, Martial Arts or Boxing please feel free to share.
