The article reports on the incredible achievements of our strong squad and there is a picture of our Squad and the trophies and medals proudly worn by our team members.

The Chelmsford Squad won two individual National Titles with both Anya Dunbar and Mia Hillsden successfully defending their titles from 2015 and a Team Silver.  This success follows on from the large number of medals won at the KUGB Southern Region Championships in June.  An incredible feat as the KUGB is the largest single style Karate organisation in the UK.
