Chelmsford Karate Club are featured in the Essex Chronicle News following our Time to Talk event earlier this month to help raise the importance of Mental Health, changing the way we think and act about mental health problems. It goes onto explain that we held both a free Taster Class and a Free class for members, we took time to all relax and breathe, then Caitlin Glover talked about her Virtual Reality Systems she designed to help identify Dyslexia and the Club's 50th Anniversary.
The article includes a group photograph of those who joined in the classes along side our special guest The Mayor of Chelmsford - Councillor Patricia Hughes. It also mentions Dovedale Sports Centre, our sponsor for the event, plus the Cake and refreshment providers Romilly Pope and The Oddfellow Arms.
Thank you to Essex Chronicle for publishing this. For those interested in reading further this article is in the Essex Chronicle February 16, 2017 edition on page 26 priced £1.10.
