On Sunday 17 June, Sensei Andy Sherry (9th Dan), Chief Instructor of the Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB), traveled to Chelmsford to hold a Special Training Course and Kyu Grading Examination.  This took place at Mildmay Sports Centre, Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford.

Sensei Sherry is famous within the Karate World and as a result there were a large group of enthusiastic Karateka in attendance for the two Training sessions.  Amongst this group were Club Instructors and Students traveling from KUGB clubs from all over the South East of England.

18 June 2017: Kyu Grading and Training with Sensei Sherry (9th Dan)

Immediately following the training sessions the Kyu Grading examination began.  The Grading was well attended with a large number of Students Grading from Chingford Tora, Regashi, Sudbury and Chelmsford.

The grading was a great success so well done to everyone who participated.  Plus a big thank you to all those KUGB Clubs and their Students who travelled some distance to attend.
