Sensei Dot Naylor is only the 254th person in the UK to receive the Prime Minister's 'Point of Light' Award.   She has been awarded this honour as a result of her dedication and commitment to Karate over an incredible 50 years.  She has coached thousands of young people and was a pioneer in creating opportunities for women to learn Karate.

Earlier today she received a personal letter from Prime Minister, David Cameron and a certificate in recognition of her outstanding volunteering.
