Sensei Richard Naylor-Jones is today’s Guest Editor for the #3030Essex Campaign. Active Essex through the 3030 Essex Campaign are encouraging people to get active and want people to do 30 minutes of physical exercise everyday for the 30 days of June.
Richard is an Active Essex All Together Ambassador for Disability Sport and was keen to get involved for a second successive year following the launch in 2018.
