Chelmsford's Top Team : l-r Alexander Lockett, Layla Barrett, Mia Hillsden, Romilly Pope, Ella Roberts, Nick Nelson

Our Chelmsford Team was fantastic at the KUGB's National Youth Championships last weekend.  June was already busy with the Southern Regions and a grading in close succession, so it was down to our top squad to represent Chelmsford at the Championships.   With just six competitors we headed towards Chesterfield for a competition that can see inexperienced competitors and experienced Internationalsquad members, competing side by side.  We may have had a small team, but they were all determined to do their best - and they did not disappoint.

A fantastic achievement from our Shotokan Tigers.  Only 6 competitors coming home with 3 British Titles. (missing from photo - Ella Roberts)
