  Training times and locations:

For maps to the locations please click on the links which will take you to google maps. If you or your child has never trained before feel free to arrive on the day. A karate suit (known as a Gi) is not necessary when you first join. Simply clothes that are suitable to exercise in will be fine. A Gi can be purchased through the club if required.

Training fees:

Training fees can be paid in two ways, either each time you train or monthly.

Lesson fees: Adult £6.00 per session Child £5.00 per session
Monthly fees: Adult £42.00 Child £32.00
Monthly fees are due on the first training session of the month, and cover all sessions in that calendar month. Monthly fees don't cover grading fees or extra sessions taught by visiting instructors


Shotokan Tigers:

Shotokan Tigers is for children between the ages of 5 and 8 years, and allows a smooth undaunting entry into Karate. Tigers' sessions are held on a Wednesday between 17:00 and 18:00 at Dovedales Sports Centre but Children are welcome to come along to all of the other sessions and train alongside parents!

Tigers classes are run by and payable directly to Dovedales Sports Centre
