Chelmsford Shotokan Karate Club is the longest standing Karate Club in Chelmsford. Founded by Dot and Charles Naylor, and now taught by their daughter Jane and her husband Richard, it is more than just a group practicing martial arts, but a family who come together to lift each other up to reach great heights.

Whether you are looking for a way to stay fit and active, want to improve your flexibiity, concentration, or confidence, looking to meet new people, or want to practice mindfulness, Karate is for everyone. Students can start, or restart, their training from any age and ability.
