What is GIVE IT SIX?

A couple of months ago, one of our Parents said something that really stayed with us.

Her whole family trained in karate since 2020. She had watched them enjoy it, grow in confidence and become part of the club, and she admitted:

“I’d love to try karate, but I’m worried people will judge me.”

And we thought: how many other women feel exactly the same?

Maybe you’ve wondered whether you’re fit enough. Whether everyone else will know what they’re doing. Whether you’ll feel awkward walking through the door. Or whether karate is really for someone like you.

That’s why we created Give It Six.

Six weeks. One beginner group. Everyone starting together.

No experience needed. No karate suit. No judgement.

Just a chance to try something new and see how it feels.

If that's how you feel, you’re definitely not the only one!
